Netplay TV (a leading interactive live gaming specialist) has entered into a partnership of 5 years with Playtech to mutually bring forward the best of their bingo and casino games.

Netplay TV has taken this move inorder to raise funds worth 12.8 million pounds into its business by placing more than 58 million shares in the market at 22p a share. When asked, the CEO of Netplay TV comments that this partnership along with the investment made will help them boost up their business both- in terms of distribution and technology along with Playtech.

On the other hand, this partnership will help Playtech in a huge way by boosting up its liquidity. As per the agreement between these two players, Playtech will receive live games from Netplay TV which includes bingo games, roulette and blackjack for the next 5 years. in return, Netplay will be switching its online bingo, online casino and various interactive gambling operations over to the Playtech platform.

Playtech, has already created a niche for itself in the UK market by developing various gaming softwares for online bingo, online casino, poker and mobile games software.
